As we entered Autumn, we got the opportunity to reflect on and celebrate a busy Q2 in our quarterly meeting at the beginning of the month. Including our Content and Communications Manager, Shannon, celebrating 7 years at August Recognition!
We also kicked off the Awards season in October with the Customer Experience Awards, which saw amazing results for all of our clients, contributing to us achieving an amazing 100% shortlist rate and 93% win rate overall for October!
