PROMOTING OPPORTUNITY THROUGH SOCIAL MOBILITY
To enter the Promoting Opportunity Through Social Mobility category, you must;
- have a social mobility programme that has been running for at least 2 years
- be able to prove the programme has benefited your business, either financially or otherwise
Your programme should offer;
- Either work experience careers advice or mentoring
- or non-graduate routes to employment, such as traineeships or updating your business’ recruitment practices
- or equal support and progression opportunities for all employees
