Innovative SME Kaizen Ticketing beat retail giant ASOS to the Gold in the Best Digital Transformation – B2C category.
Showcasing that judges want to recognise the business that is doing the best in that category, regardless of their size or legacy. And in this case, Kaizen's story was a standout and came out on top. Massive congratulations to the team!
